To Smooth Shift an object

Step 1

If you would like to smooth shift an object, first, you need to select the surface that you want to bevel.

Step 2

Then, you have to go to Multiply menu and click on the Smooth Shift or use the keyboard shortcut is Shift + F. after that, go to Smooth Shift Numeric or use the keyboard shortcut N. you need to set the Offset: 200mm and Scale: 90%. Later, you have to press Enter.

Step 3

If we don’t want to use the Smooth Shift you could also use Bevel. What you must do is to go to Multiply menu and click on Bevel button or use the keyboard shortcut B. after that, just go to Bevel Numeric or press N key. You need to set the Shift : 100mm and Inset : 50mm. Later, just click Enter.
